Terms of Service - website draft

These Terms govern use of www.slpdigitalsvcs.com and services provided by SLP Digital Services. A signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement controls if it conflicts with these website Terms.

Services and authorization

We provide digital marketing, ecommerce, advertising and marketplace consulting. You represent that you are authorized to engage us and grant access to the accounts, information, content and materials supplied. You will grant access through platform-approved methods and will not send us primary account passwords unless expressly required by a lawful, secure and agreed process.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, lawful and complete information, approvals and access.

  • Maintain ownership and control of platform accounts and review material changes.

  • Comply with Amazon and other platform policies, advertising rules and applicable law.

  • Ensure supplied content, products, claims, trademarks and instructions do not infringe rights or mislead customers.

  • Promptly notify us of access changes, security concerns, policy notices and account restrictions.

Fees, scheduling and cancellation

Fees, deposits, payment dates, expenses, cancellation terms and project scope are stated in the applicable proposal or booking terms. Unless otherwise stated, advertised prices are starting estimates and final fees depend on scope. Payment is due at time of booking or any purchases, refunds will not be given once payment is taken.

No guaranteed results

Advertising, marketplace and ecommerce outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including product, pricing, inventory, reviews, competition, platform changes, budget and client decisions. We do not guarantee sales, rankings, advertising return, account approval, uninterrupted platform access or specific results.

Platform independence

SLP Digital Services is an independent service provider. References to Amazon and other platforms identify compatible services and do not imply endorsement, partnership or sponsorship unless we expressly display an authorized program designation.

Confidentiality, data and security

Each party will protect the other party’s nonpublic information and use it only for the engagement. Our handling of personal and Amazon seller information is described in our Privacy Policy and Amazon Seller Data & Security statement. Clients remain responsible for retaining independent copies of their business records and promptly revoking access when services end.

Intellectual property

Each party retains pre-existing intellectual property. Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables, drafts, templates, licensed assets and third-party materials are governed by the applicable agreement. No rights are transferred except as expressly stated in writing.

Disclaimers and limitation

Termination and contact

Either party may terminate as provided in the applicable agreement. On termination, access will be removed and information handled according to contractual, legal and platform obligations.
